All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our Customer Service Department at email@example.com. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please send us the invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return available.
Damages & Shortages
Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from receipt of the order, or GDI Medical shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement.
Products Shipped in Error
Customer must notify GDI Medical of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt. Products shipped in error are returnable for full credit, as long as the return is made within thirty (30) days of receipt.
